VALENTINES DAY CHOCOLATES

A sweet treat for the one you love <3

Ingredients

50g cacao butter

2 tbs raw cacao powder

1-2 tbs organic raw honey, B grade maple syrup or brown rice syrup for a fructose free version

Method

1) Using a double boiler (I just use a bowl over a saucepan of water that is simmering, don’t let it get too hot), melt the cacao butter until disolved

2) Once disolved, turn off the heat and stir in the cacao powder and then the sweetener

3) Using chocolate moulds, (preferably heart shaped ones as it is valentines day) spoon the mixture into each mould, this makes 10 chocolates with the moulds I use

4) Put into the fridge to set, it will take at least half an hour

5) Once set, pop out of the mould and put into a cute gift box for your valentine. If it is a hot day, I suggest keeping in the fridge until you are ready to give to your loved one
