1/2 cup popcorn kernels, this will make 4 cups of popped popcorn

45g organic grass-fed unsalted butter

1 1/2 tbs unrefined honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt

1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius

2) Using either a popcorn machine or a large pot with lid, pop the kernels

3) Divide the popcorn into 2 bowls

4) Place butter, honey, cinnamon and salt in a small saucepan on low heat and stir until melted

5) Pour the mixture over the popcorn in one of the bowls and mix well until all coated

6) Place the sticky popcorn onto a lined cookie tray and spread out over the tray

7) Bake for 4, 3 and 1 minute, taking  the popcorn out of the oven to move around during each of the 4, 3 and 1 minutes of baking. The popcorn should turn a caramel colour, if you notice black peaces then turn the oven down a bit or don’t leave in for as long

8) Once cooked, set aside for about 5 minutes to cool
