Try to use organic ingredients as much as possible. I do however, recommend that all animal produce be organic and pastured/grass-fed! 

3 cups sprouted wholemeal spelt flour

1 tbs baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp unrefined sea salt

1 large zucchini, grated

1 large tomato, diced

1 brown onion, diced

60g full fat grass-fed, organic tasty cheese, grated

1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped

1 cup full fat organic, grass-fed  milk

2 eggs from pastured hens

3 tbs extra virgin olive oil


1) Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a bread tin

2) Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and then add the remaining ingredients

3) Pour into baking tin and bake for 60-70 minutes, top should be golden brown

This is really nice served warm with butter!
