GOJI BERRY SPICED OATMEAL

A quick and easy breakfast to warm you up on a cold winters morning.

Ingredients, makes about 12 servingsGoji Berry Oatmeal

5 cups organic rolled oats
1 cup organic almonds
1 cup organic flax, pumpkin or sunflower seeds (or a little of each)
1 cup organic goji berries
1 tbsp organic ground cardamom
2 tbsp organic cinnamon

Method
1) Simply mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

2) Prepare the night before- add you desired amount and and fill the bowl with water. Leave out on the bench overnight. The next morning pour the oatmeal into a saucepan and heat. Pour into a bowl and add some organic milk or yoghurt. Serve with extra cinnamon.
