Hi I am AJ form AJ Lifestyle Studios. I am a Nutritionist and Master Fitness Trainer. I am going to tell you about my ‘6 Week Lifestyle Change’
Nutrition is a passion of mine and I have put my heart and soul into creating this program. If you were like I was was, and was not only unhappy with my body but also lacked energy, had bad skin, felt hungry and unsatisfied and was just unhealthy in general, then this is the program for you! I can provide you with the tools to create a healthy lifestyle, one that you will feel satisfied with and one that will last a lifetime! You will be able to create the health and body that you have always dreamt of!
So let me quickly explain what you will get out of my 6 week lifestyle change.
I have specifically designed this program to provide you with a certain amount of information at a time which will allow you to make small changes over the 6 weeks. Structuring the program this way makes it really simple and enjoyable for you to adjust to your new lifestyle. I will send the information to you every day via email each morning. These emails will have information that you need, encouragement and will help you maintain direction with your new lifestyle.
You will get a meal planner. This planner is designed specifically to your needs and goals. I will calculate your daily energy requirements which will allow you to see how much fats, carbohydrates and protein you need each day. You get to create your own meal planner and select from the delicious recipes I provide you, such as fresh warm sourdough bread smeared with butter, peanut butter or mashed blueberries, bacon and eggs, chocolate milkshakes, french toast, chocolate muffins, and many many more!
Lastly, you will also have access to a forum where you can interact with other members of the program, this will also be great support as you can discuss whatever comes up for you during the 6 weeks.
I am a strong believer, and have results from not only myself but many others to prove, that eating traditional foods in their whole form, will not only enable you to build a trim body, it will also build a strong immune system allowing you to thrive in life.
The reason I have designed this program to run over 6 weeks is because it takes 6 weeks to kick a habit and make a change in your life that will last. Often we develop bad habits around food and eventually find out that they are not so great for our health. In my program I will support you each step of the way by providing you with the tools to change those habits into a healthy way of living. There will be no cutting out food groups, replacement meals or quick fixes but rather an education on what foods to include and what foods to avoid and the impact that they have on your body. With my knowledge on the types of food the body requires to thrive, you will be able to achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself and continue to eat this way for the rest of your life with a body that you are proud of.
