CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHIPS
These can be used in so many ways. They are great on top of soups, salads and casseroles or used for dips. They literally take 5 minutes to prepare, I quite often fry some of these cheesy chips to have as a snack just on their own. They are great for the little ones too. My son loves them, he sucks on the chip until it becomes soft enough for him to eat, he only has 6 teeth at this stage so these are a perfect snack for him.
Organic grass-fed parmesan cheese, sliced- thin slices will be crispier and thick ones will be chewy, this is how I like them! The amount will depend on how many you are serving
1) Place slices onto a heated fry pan. I use a small pan and let the cheese melt together so that it forms one big pancake like shape.
2) Once the cheese has melted and is beginning to turn a deep golden colour, using a spatula, flip it over and cook the other side until golden again.
3) To serve, break (or trear if you like them a little chewier) into chips, and sprinkle with himalayan salt
