MY HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
I use organic raw milk from grass-fed cows. I find this milk naturally sweet and do not need to add any sweetener.
1-2 tsp raw organic cacao powder
1 cup of milk (I strongly recommend raw milk from grass-fed cows, it’s so much creamier and sweeter and offers numerous benefits that pasteurised milk does not, take a look at my blog here for more information on raw milk.
Simply blend ingredients together, you will be surprised at the amount of froth the raw milk makes!
