This berry smoothie can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Choose seasonal organic berries so that it’s bursting with flavour.

Ingredients, makes 1 serving

1 cup organic full fat grass-fed organic milk (preferably raw)

1/4 cup organic full fat natural organic yoghurt

1/2 cup organic berries, whatever berries are in season, fresh or frozen


1) Simply blend all ingredients together using an electric blender or food processor
